What if something is wrong with my order?

Because these are beverages we cannot accept returns. But if your order turns up damaged, or you get the wrong flavor, we will make it right. Email socials@intropicsusa.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

You get 15% off every delivery , shipped every 2 weeks or monthly — whichever you pick. You can skip a delivery, change flavors, pause or cancel any time from your account, or from the Manage Subscription link in your order confirmation email. Just do it at least 48 hours before your next billing date, otherwise that delivery goes out and the change applies to the one after.
