Cancellation policy

At Tiddies Energy Drink, we offer flexible purchase options, including recurring subscriptions and pre-orders, to ensure you never run out of your favorite tropical flavors. By selecting a purchase option, you agree to the following terms:

1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time. To ensure you are not charged for your next scheduled delivery, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

• How to Cancel: You can manage your subscription by logging into your account on our website or by clicking the "Manage Subscription" link in your initial order confirmation email.

• Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 48 hours before your billing date, your current order will be processed and shipped as scheduled, and your cancellation will apply to the following billing cycle.

2. Pre-Order Cancellations

For products marked as "Pre-Order" (such as our upcoming Summer Launch flavors), you may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the order has been processed for shipping. * Once a shipping label has been created or the order has been sent to our co-packer for fulfillment, the order can no longer be canceled and falls under our standard Refund Policy.

3. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails (e.g., expired credit card), we will attempt to re-charge the card on file up to three times. If the payment is not successful, your subscription will be automatically paused until your payment information is updated.
