Sizing is unisex. The hoodie runs small — order one size up from your usual. That note also sits directly under the size selector on its own page.
The t-shirt is a classic fit and runs true to size, S–3XL. The trucker cap is one size with an adjustable closure and fits a head circumference of 21⅝″–23⅝″ (54.9–60 cm).
Every piece of merch is printed or embroidered once you order it, so we cannot take it back for a change of mind or a change of size.
What we do cover: if it arrives defective, misprinted, or we sent the wrong item or size, we replace it at no cost to you.
That is why the sizing notes above matter — they are the one thing that prevents an order you are stuck with.
Email socials@intropicsusa.com with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will make it right. If the damage happened in transit, send that within 48 hours of delivery and keep the packaging — the carrier claim needs it.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Merch is made to order and ships from our print partner, so it travels separately from any cans in the same order. The two arrive on different days, each with its own tracking.
Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight. Once your merch is on its way, standard delivery is 3–7 business days via UPS, FedEx or USPS, and tracking goes live within 24 hours. Your first order ships free with the code 1STFLIGHT at checkout.
Hoodie — 100% cotton face on a 65% ring-spun cotton / 35% polyester body, with a three-panel hood, front pouch pocket and matching flat drawstrings.
T-shirt — 100% combed ring-spun cotton at 5.5 oz/yd² (180 g/m²), side-seamed, drop shoulder, with a 1×1 ribbed collar and a tear-away tag.
Trucker cap — 26% cotton / 74% polyester, structured six-panel with a mesh back, hard buckram front panels and a Permacurv® visor.
